Thank you for supporting Shattered Realmz.

Because our products are sold through multiple storefronts, all returns and refunds must follow the policies of the platform where the purchase was made.

Digital Products (PDFs)

All digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. This follows standard industry practice for digital books.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

The file is corrupted or incomplete
The download cannot be accessed
The wrong product was delivered

In these cases, please contact the storefront where you purchased the product so they can assist you according to their refund process.

Physical Products (Printed Books)

Physical books may be eligible for return or replacement only if:

The item arrives damaged
The item is defective
The wrong product was shipped

Returns must typically be requested within 14–30 days, depending on the retailer’s policy. Items must be returned in their original condition unless damaged in transit.

All physical returns and refunds must be initiated through the retailer where the purchase was made.
